Had a couple minor problems but they were taken care of right away. One of master bath's glass doors still missing. Very nice place.

Great location, nicely updated rental. Private deck off master bedroom, great for morning coffee. View of ocean from living area. Benchmark quickly responds to any issue (which are few if any). Going back again!

A great vacation was had by all

I stayed at Blue Nine for an extended stay and enjoyed it immensely. Unit 2 was exquisitely supplied with all of the extras that made my stay absolutely unmatched. The sunsets and walks on the beach were incredible. The sunsets from unit 2 gave me amazing memories that will last a lifetime. I will definitely revisit this as it was truly a beautiful life experience. Benchmark was very helpful in responding to my questions and any assistance I required. My Family visited for 10 days and tremendously relished the luxury and all of the beauty we were surrounded by. A great vacation was had by all.
